| Peter’s Park consists of eleven cottages all of which are well appointed. The cottages are of two designs. Six single level cottages and five split level cottages. |

| ROYAL SUITE: The split level cottages house the living room with television, dining with a small refrigerator, powder room and sit out on the ground floor and bedrooms with private bath on the first floor. The total area of the cottage is 1400 sq ft. suitable to accommodate 7 persons. There are 5 such cottages. |

| SUPER DELUXE: The single level cottages have a living room with television, dining with a small refrigerator, two bedrooms with private bath and a sit out facing the lawn. These bedrooms have two double beds each. The total area of the cottage is 1000 sq ft. suitable to accommodate 6 persons. Three cottages come under this category. |

| DELUXE: The single level cottages have a living room with television, dining with a small refrigerator, two bedrooms with private bath and a sit out facing the lawn. The total area of the cottage is 750 sq ft. suitable to accommodate 4 persons. Three cottages are designed in this fashion. |

All bathrooms are provided with geysers.
